Back to school

Most people are probably back to school now, so are there any big changes on your school networks? New machines, changed admin passwords, new server, and the like? I'm kind of hoping my school has moved to CC4 (new stuff to play with, I'm bored of CC3). Anything big happened for you guys?

Well one of our ict rooms was super crappy, but it has been updated since, we still have CC3, which, although is boring, is also muh easier to hack...

We got a brand new school, which isn't ours for 30 years - NO UPDATES :(
However we got a 'interactive smart board' in ever class - aka bigass tablet and a projector

From the looks of it, not much has changed at my school. Network is still CC3, still slow :>

Haven't had a chance to test the old passwords yet, I'll do in the next few weeks.

First day back today.

Haven't had chance to see if anything has changed. I doubt i will either; since i never in the ICT room anymore.
Doesn't matter anyway tbh, because i only knew user accounts and passwords for some test accounts which didnt have rmmc permissions.
No new computers though.
My school spend all their money upgrading the heating which im glad they did; It was freezing during winter.
They also spend money removing asbestos so there's a chance my school wont die from breathing it in ;)

 the heating in my ex school can't be turned off so its boiling all the way through the summer

i'm debating to myself weather to send my old maths teacher a program that I wrote a few days ago in reply to her comment that that particular maths question 'cannot be done on the computer, it can only be done in your head' ... well I have proved her otherwise... it tackles GCSE grade questions without a hitch.. what do you guys think?

Our school has been CC4'd since September 2008! :)

On the topic of CC4, the most annoying thing is the RM My Connect which always stays on the taskbar (why not just allow users to open it via clicking on an icon on the taskbar?)

Although it's not that much of hassle since i just use process explorer to kill my connect for those moments where I am doing "extensive research" as my task bar becomes cluttered up.
