Easylink Dictionary Attack by Minpolik

A well known user (Minpolik) of these forums has created a dictionary attack tool for Community Connect Easylink.

His downloads are going to be posted here:

Just so nobody is confused, V2.1 only contains a different script (with 3 times more passwords), you will need to download V2.0 that contains an installer and instructions, ect.

Edit: I put V2.0 on RapidShare, Enjoy

ive been using it on my network to test teachers password security... im white hat... always have been, always will be. its to enhance security, not destroy it...

Ah. Ok, i like that. You could just ask them if their password is on the list, but it's more shocking to goto them with a cracked password. I more consider myself grey hat, i never take down things for no reason... only make them more interesting :D

Is there any chance of getting caught?
I mean by school admin/teachers,

Do they monitor easylink?

I've done this [full password list] to about 20 teachers accounts and I've not had any trouble. I'm assumeing my school doesn't, yours might. If they do, just use a proxy :wink:. Tbh, you should go ask them, say your folks are security nutcases and want to know what easylink logs or something like that
