A list if contents would have been helpful. Looking through, I've got a few comments.

*The user adding batch script needs admin right
*The messenger service is disabled by default in XP, so net send won't work.

*fgdump (wonderful program) is detected by most AVs, and gets deleted (which has happened to your copy, the archive is 22 bytes with no file in). Put it in a zip file with a password so the AV can't scan it, and don't extract until the AV is down.

There's still a file in that archive called 'logon stuff.xls'; I think you know why I urge you to remove it before reposting.
