hi everyone im new and on the computers im my school you can get into the c:/ drive by going into Word and using the hyperlinks but i got a problem i cannot find the RM tutor 3 launcher but ive heard that the admin can block everyone exept them from using it and also the file restrictions.. plz could someone help

Welcome!

RM Tutor 3 is located in C:\Program Files\Research Machines\RM Tutor 3
the actual program is C:\Program Files\Research Machines\RM Tutor 3\PCINSSUI.EXE
If your administrator has ANY sense probally .exe should be disabled.
In my school only certain staff can use tutor 3 and also there is a copy of the program working on a network drive,
but every school is different i suppose.

All it is a Re-branded version of Netsupport School
Basically its what we all want control of

hi me again, i mangaed to get that net support and i wanted to know that if i created the directory on my computer of "C:\Program Files\Research Machines\RM Tutor 3" so that then in skewl it will run and work just wanted to know lol

i know that you get access to this program but i have finally got it from netsupport but i thuoght that if i changed the files and put them in diffrent directory "RM Tutor 3" will it work in skewl because the file is run in there? i have tried it had home and it works but i want to know will it work in skewl

So are you saying that if you put the Netsupport Files from what you downloaded and put them into the RM Tutor 3 directory would it run probaly....?

If that is the cause then i think it wouldn't...
The version you downloaded is probally the newer one(version 9) but RM Tutor 3 is based on Netsupport School 8.
I can't believe you can access the c:\ drive!
Can you run .exe's then..?
Also It wouldn't run as the drivers wouldn't support each other and the regedit is configered for RM Tutor 3.
Though i'm not completely positive....
