There is a much easier way of getting passwords of any accounts. If your school has stand-alone computers (Many RM computers support this but could be disabled) just disconnect the RM network cable and who ever logged in to that single computer and log back into it but no new users can so It's like retrieving a password for a normal windows but just alittle complicated as you have to find the users folder on the c: drive of the computer but many people don't have access to C: though but not until now

Well the only way we know this because our school servers have been attacked though RM with a virus. (Not sure if it's internal or external) But that's all what the staff said in the announcement. This has caused the network to be down all week since Monday while RM gets rebuilded.

Teachers were saying you cant login but when i spoke to the IT tech they said the computers have stand alone enabled and I thought "what?". I thought yay I can access my work but once i logged on to my usual....It worked but no internet, no access to documents or shared work, and unlocked user privilege's :P (RM management, RM application installer...the works basically). But they were all pointless because of no active working network but for some reason RM tutor still worked but it's abit boring though.

So with nothing I thought I might aswell look around on the computer as I thought there's no harm to be done but amazingly C: Drive wern't working :P But then I remembered on RM tutor 3 there's a file share option with the capabilities of going onto C: . So I went browsing and was very shocked to see that there were folders with other usernames on it and it weren't the whole school it was a hand-ful and I noticed admins, semi-admin, staff, students and even guest accounts on there. I looked in each folder found there favourite sites, history etc... but there was another folder in there called RM. Thought i have a look and I found many files. TXT,'s DDL's etc... Filenames were credentials-B(*roomnumber*-*computernumber*), Perms, some files began with pass but amazingly My perms are set to not being able to open .DDL and the txt files contain some gibberish I couldn't really understand. I know i won't be able to get anything in time so i left it (This is due to the fact that the network will be back online on monday which means only 1 hour on friday in-front of the computer)

I hope people understand what i mean as i do have trouble explaining things :P

C:\RM

It contains the files used during a workstation build, and I'm asssuming that's why it has credentials in it ;)
