I'm a senior support consultant. We don't just support CC3, there are hundreds of other technologies we deal with. CC3 is my forte, though.

The password has been changed and its not changme, password, admin or systemadmin :x
ICT Tech found my school's easylink so he surely must work for RM ?

Hardly. He could have access to the knowledge library via a support logon. That and the fact it's really easy to figure out.

P.S another thing. RM do not have records of all the schools EasyLink URLs. EasyLink is a part of CC3. There is a technical article on our knowledge library that details setting up EasyLink. Most schools set this up without RM assistance therefore we know nothing of it.

Though this is off-topic (I'll bring back on topic, promise! :P ), maybe you could shed some more light on the process of commissioning a win server 2003 server to become a CC3 DC? By shed some light, I mean explain in such detail that a fool could carry out the process :P

There are a few dirty methods, where you can comission it from a vanilla 2003 install, but they don't tend to be that reliable. CC3 DCs are comissioned with a build server, in a similar fashion to the way a station is built over the network.

You'd need the entire contents of the D: drive on the CC3 DC. Not so much the drive, but the directory "RMNetwork" on the drive. This is where the CC3 magic lives.

To sit and type a full guide on comissioning the DC from just using those packages would take hours. Not the sort of time I have spare :P

I can, however, answer questions on any aspect of either station, forest root, replica or member server comissioning.
