So, you downloaded phproxy and put it on a free host. What exactly is unblockable about that?

If it got the word proxy in it or any meta keyword's with proxy; its blocked by my council

I didn't make it, I found it and I can contact the person who made it in order to change the web name...

I thought about it and if some admin on here wanted to block it he could anyway, so here's the login details...
