make sure the two PCs can talk...

ping each other. if the PCs can ping, rm tutor will work guaranteed.

start/run/cmd/ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

freelancer what is that thing u just typed in??? start/run/cmd/ping?? wat do i do wit that? copyand paste it all into run?

go into run. and open command prompt (type in CMD)

then type: ping xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (xxx etc bein whatever ur dads IP address is...)

how do i open command prompt?? im on RUN.

once iv done this ping thing and see what it comes up then what do i do to solvemy problem?

Download HiJackThis, run it, and post the results here. We'll probably be able to judge from that what your problem is :wink:

Just run the EXE file and it will output the data into a notepad file. Just copy and paste all the contents of that into here.
