check your firewall, that the port is not blocked... manually add in the port, or RM tutor 3 into the execptions list. Then try it...

you may just need to wait for your PC to detect your dads... like i said, it may take a while...

i dont use AVG at home, its crap. lol. I use Zone Alarm alot myself tbh... But its all the same i spose... THere should be somewhere, in the program, an option to add exceptions to your firewall or something around those lines...

oki have turned off the firewall on my dads computer and i have unblocked the rm tutor stuff that was on firwall list, but still when i borwse for students it doesnt come up any 1and there was nothin on AVG. help plz

leave them both running for a while, or in rm tutor, search for your dads PC... play around with it for a while thats all i can say atm...

he who never made mistakes, never made anything at all... just mess around with it for a bit, or search on google for help?
