Is RM Tutor 2 based off Net Support or just v3?

EDIT: I really need v2.

Ok new question. I have obtained a copy of the actual RM Tutor 2. If I try to install it on a non-rm system I get the following error:

The wizard is not able to install RM Tutor 2 on this machine.

Installation is only supported on the following machine types:
RM WindowBox XP
RM Community Connect 3

How can I trick the installer in to installing?

You cant use RM Tutor 3 to make accounts you need access to RM Management Console do to that.
RM Tutor 3 allows you to control and monitor computers. ( cant think of other things of the top of my head )
Your staff account must be an 'advanced' staff account to use management console.
I think if you are an advanced staff member you have a link to management console on your desktop.
The console is located at https:\\YOURSERVERHERE\manage\school.
It should ask for login details, try logging in and if it doesn't continue you don't have advance privileges.
Hope this helps!

Oh, to find out your server name, go to my computer and your N:\ drive should be called $YOURUSERNAME on YOURSERVER or something similar. $YOURUSERNAME would be your account which you log as. i.e mine is 04-TJONES. and YOURSERVER would be be the server name, my school's is called server1. so mine reads $04-TJONES on SERVER1

most of that is right, BUT, you don't always need access to an advanced staff account. This is how it works:
Unfortunately i do not have any screenshots, so please bear with me:
The important thing in user properties are:
Authority None/Delegate/Authorise
Account Type Standard User/Advanced User/Staff/Advanced Staff/RM Explorer
The authority needs to be delegate or authorise
The account type can be anything.

Sorry yeah forgot about that :D

In many places 'advanced staff' do get delgate permissions though

was what was said, what i'm saying is it doesn't have to be an advanced staff, it could even be a standard user as long as it is delegate or authorise.
Please Note: Delegate can only reset passwords and give more printing credits
Authorised accounts can do that and change groups and authority
