rm tutor 4

rm tutor 4

i have a desktop running windows xp and a laptop running windows vista. if i wanted to successfully run rm tutor 4 on the xp computer to take control of the vista computer, what would i need to buy from rm??

i only want the bare minimum software to successfully run it

i mean, can i buy rm tutor 4 as a standalone.. or what?

Tutor 4 can be purchased here as a standalone item but RM do say it's for CC4 specifically so I don't know whether it will work but there is a copy of Tutor 3 on the web which works on any pc, even those not in an RM network.

RM Tutor 4 is just netsupport school but RM has re-branded it.

ok.. how can i set it up so one computer takes control of another..

also, can i run it as standalone??

and if i was able to run exe's at school on cc4 (which i cant btw), would it just work as if it were rm tutor 4 and allow me to take control ect..

You need to obtain Netsupport School 10 or RM Tutor.

Then install the client (or student) package onto the computer you want to control and then install the teacher package onto the controller computer.

And i think it does include a portable version of the controller; its found in the folder 'Portable Tutor' in the installation directory ;)
