The burden of proof would be on your to prove someone did it; you've probably got no access to logs as this was a long time ago; the police have better things to do than worry about a Windows Live account; the police know nothing about computers; and the person who did it is probably abroad, so you have no jurisdiction over them.

I just think that It won't ever be this forum. Not feature wise just community wise. I've known many people from here who've been and gone but your new site won't have that, that's all.
