For me it's gotta be Battle Toads and Silver Surfer on the NES. Try them out, if you can get past level 1 of silver surfer send me a picture, I want to see it can be done. If you can get past level 3 of battle toads you are extremely good.

Don't use save states though, it's as good as cheating, and cheating ain't allowed either...

Silent Hill: The Room was my hardest. It had piss-poor lighting and horrid controls. Not to mention the fact that dogs would appear out of nowhere and lock their jaws on your tasty neck.
