1. Click members list and find who's profile you would like to see.
2. click their post count.
3. in the URL, locate the author_id=*NUMBER*. That number is the USERID (mine is 3980) Copy the number.
4. Go back to the userlist, and click someones name (to get the 404).
5. Paste the number, replacing {USERID} with 3980 (for me)
6. Enjoy the full use (if any) of a User Page.
