If you want to avoid group policy all together just bring your own laptop. TBH, its so much better than the systems there anyway because it don't have the RM crap.
However, share permissions still apply because thats set at the server and is not deployed via group policy. Also filtered internet sites still apply because thats set at the proxy, and also not deployed via group policy

I know a simple way to access any file on the RM server. My school Penrice, the main server is '//pen-svr-01.penrice.internal' they have 4 servers each just names pen svr 2/3/4 and the simple way to access them is to right click in my documents new shortcut and then type in the code to your schools server. Alternatively you can also just go 'N:\' which is the code for the My Documents you can type that in as a shortcut but try every letter in the alphabet and then youll have access to about 70% of your whole schools files, I even found out my mock exam results this way and also all the files i have on the Mac's in my school, the only problem is, is that you still cannot access the files of other users and some files are still restricted and in most drives but not all the file wrighting rights are still unavailable.

Ah but in my school the files within the computer i am at is restricted unless given permission to be accessed the only directory i can access is temporary internet files and .EXE files wont open it says restricted and needs to contact my system admin is there anyway you can access local administrators as the pc tech in my school reinstalled a broken pc and the administrator which was a local user didnt have a password but when i tried to type it in it wouldnt work is there like a way to change from the cc3 login back to the windows login screen?

hi my name is chris murrell was mouzer , i knew evey thing about rm cc3, i hacked it feb 2008 at sjlhs , i had full control of every pc, server user account, every thing u can name i had it , unlucky for me i was counght out and was band for a term, because of the rm was told about the issus that i had made and they had to fix them! i dont have admin account dont have kwn there password, i could use my standed student account, to access the servers and pc. just by going to windows media player and clcik on file then open then click on the drop down menu box and slect the intyer network and there you go every pc and server you can see, as you are loged in to the network it thinks you have rights to view them. I also deleted some peoples accounts and work as i dont like them.
so plz dont take the credit for some thing i did over a year ago and rm already knw about these issus coz of what i did,they added patchs on there website to try and cover up some of the issues.


BUT BE VERY CAREFUL I HAVE THE POLICE COME AND TALK TO ME AND THEY WAS GOING TO INFORM MICOROSFT AS I HAVE WINDOWS XP PRODUCT KEYS ON MY ACCOUNT ALL CRACKED ONE. im also on a diffrent computer use contract as to every one eles coz i knw to much !!!!!

Sorry to burst your bubble, but that method is a known one (and for quite some time, i might add) so techically its not yours to say 'dont take credit for it'
And that method doesn't give you access to everything, you'd need access to the RM Management Console to get access tfor most things

I love the way new people WITH 1 POST come onto this forum and say "I know everything about CC3 as I have hacked it" when you actually just deleted 1 account and maybe gained access to some private folders.

Let me spell this out for you - ! ! ! YOU KNOW NOTHING ABOUT RM ! ! !

I have worked for RM for years, I was one of the supervisors for the team building CC3 - don't try and make other people on this forum feel stupid, they probably know ALOT more than you will ever know about RM.
The users on this board have hacked CC3 WAY more than you have, and don't come on here posting somethings that you have done and then saying "you cannot take credit for this" when the first person to dicover this posted it a few years ago!
