Hey,

I was trying to find out what system my school uses, for obvious reasons, and I came across RM. Everything behaves like RM software does, has a remote login that can be done over the net, and is hell to get through, but it doesn't have over done branding, so I am thinking maybe not RM, But I am stuck. Does anyone know of software that behaves like RM, but isn't? Thanks for the help.

Is your desktop background blue with a big star on it?

If so, it's RM.

Our school used to run a very simalar system to RM before we actually got it. I think my admin custom-made all of the network facilities.

I know he made his own AD management tool, simalar to the RMMC.

Nope, nothing is branded with the RM logo, thats why I was wondering. Group policy? The main admin seems to use the login "localadmin" while that might just be his nice name, I was wondering if there was a programme that use that, similar to RM.

So, how would I get around group policy?

Edit: I just found something out, my school doesn't block .exe files from being used AT ALL....
