Virus on pen drive

How to remove virus from the pen drive? My pen drive has a virus of "rahul the Hacker web net.com'". Even if I open yahoo, google etc. it appears automatically on the top of the tool bar. How to remove the same from the system as well from the pen drive?

Boot into Linux, and it can't do anything. Either wipe the autorun.inf file, or just dd the entire drive..
