Fake Login Screen

Postby Fergie1 » Fri Jul 27, 2007 9:59 pm

As I know no VB coding, once the design of my login screen is complete, will anyone be able to help me code it?
Thanks

Are you using VB express edition?

When you have the form open in design view, make sure the form itself is selected, then in the properties panel zip down to the window style section, set controlbox to false

Well, this is it so far.
Reccomendations please, and remember this is on Vista so it will look slightly weird.

Changing the copy right date will be a minor, but semi-important thing. Plus it would be easy. And the day before you do this I suggest that you make some sort of memo saying that there is a "slight" problem with the operating system, and that it is showing XP on startup. Makes it more convincing, plus you wouldn't have to change anything (aesthetically speaking of course).
