Re: Help??? RM CC3 SERVER AND WORKSTATION
I'm stuck at page 7. I've set the XP pc to 192.168.0.2, and now it says cc3-dc01 is not available (it can't find it). I can access it from the RM Windows Server 2003 PC, however when I click on any folders in 'cc3-local' nothing has been installed. Any help?

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
^^Try accessing the 'RMPackages' folder. Just create a shortcut to //Server1. Then go to RMPackages. Then, press up one level and you should be able to view the entire network. Or, go to My Computer. Look at the name of your network drive. It should display a server name at the end of it, something ...

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
Okay - I'll do my best! I may need some help with that code above; when I look around the drives, I don't seem to find a three letter/character code, so it may be something I need a hand on! Bear in mind, our network is a Server 2003&RM CC4 network, with XP Pro SP3 Workstations - I only have a stude...

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
I'm afraid I'll probably have to sort it in September guys - then I can have a better look around for you! Really sorry, but will try and get together as much as I can for you. On the network, I can definitely remember seeing loads of folders with 'RM' at the start, such as 'RMManage', 'RMDelivery' ...

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
I have found all the files, however I cannot get them into a .ZIP! They will go into an email. The annoying thing is though, you'll have to work out which file belongs to each package. The default user profiles however, are very basic, and Easylink isn't working. I'll have to try and sort this when ...

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
I'll give it a go! I'll dig some files out now; (just got to find them, they could be on any of 3 memory sticks, 2 computers, and 1 external hard drive)!

Re: Xatrix CC4 Server Alpha
It's rather annoying I discovered this forum the day we broke up from school! I have access to the servers by using this shortcut called 'WAP - Shortcut' which displays the 'Microsoft Windows Network' screen, which then leads to the school network, which displays all computers/laptops aswell as the ...

RM CC4 Access/SIMS Terminal Server
Hi guys Information Way back in March this year, I came across a fantastic tool on the W Drive(Shared Documents) - called 'WAP - Shortcut'. I clicked it, and came up with something like 'Your system administrator has disabled access to this feature'. I then went: right click/properties/find target, ...
