All this does is make it so that a specific website somone goes to, they are redirected to the site of your choice.

Your first thing to do, is pick the site to send people to. Once that is accomplished, you need to find the IP address of the site. That can be accomplished by one of two ways. You can either use another site
(ex: http://www.selfseo.com/find_ip_address_of_a_website.php) or go to run-> cmd.exe-> ping example.com

After you got the IP address, you need to go to start menu-> Run-> "notepad c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts" (without quotes). Now, go to the last line of text, and press enter (so that you are typing on the line right below the last line of text) now type in the IP address, then press tab and type in the site address (http://www.example.com)(this is the site that will redirect them to the IP address's site). Then press enter (so that now your on the next line) and type in the IP address again. Then press tab and type in the site address again excluding the www (example.com). Then just save it.

Now when they go to the specified site, it will be redirected to the IP address that you just typed in.

If you would like to get rid of this and make it so you can go to any site again, just delete the two lines of text you added and save it.

Just to note that this won't work if you're running IIS or some other web server, well, it'll open up your local site instead of the advertiser's
