Ok now that I have used WINRAR it uses fine, but it says it's unable to install as it needs Service Release 4? Do you know what that is?
"Pre-install checks failed"
"RM Application Wizard cannot be installed. Service Release 4 or greater is required"

1.Go into the RM Installation Assistant.ini
2.Remove [PreInstallActions] section
3.Re-run the installer on the server
