Now, this is on one of the server files and just wondering, is it something to do with group policy and what can i do with it?

The station access control control config tool is used to sysadmins detrmine program access to the workstation. ie read/write registry keys, access file on hd and stuff.

The sysadmin would typically use it when testing the deployment of new software on the network.

Station access control does not explicitly work with group policy, but does get some info from Active Directory.
