Okay, I am lead to the suspicion that you are using an RM Network, that means, when you add yourself to the Administrators group you haven't actually removed your user account from the CC3 Students group.
That means the student restrictions are going to apply themselves, also, adding yourself to a group doesn't change the UserType Option.
Also, using Local stuff on RM Machines doesn't work anymore, the Local Mode from the RM Boot Manager has been deleted, it's impossible to get the Local Mode up, unless your an RM Admin.

What you need to do:
1. Create a new account - call it test (or something)
2. Add it to the following groups:
i. System Administrators
ii. Domain Admins
iii. Domain Users
3. Reset the Password
4. Reset the Profile

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES CHANGE ANYTHING ON ANY TABS ON THE RMMC

Just create the new account - change the groups - set a password - don't start fiddling with things on the Environment tab, once you change the groups and reset the profile, the Environment Variables will change themselves. :P

Do i need to get into the RMMC to do this? If so, Can it be done without asking a stupid teacher with access to let me in. I feel kinda guilty doing that. Especialy when one said "Ok, I trust you" i just felt soooo bad.

Unfortunately, hacking does come with a share of guilt, but you do need to ask a teacher for their password :P
