How to setup easylink/easymail through Internet domain?

Post by thornhillr » Wed Jun 29, 2011 9:39 pm

Hello,

Does anyone know how to setup RM easylink or easymail to work through an Internet domain? Eg https://folders.cc3site.co.uk.

Also another query - after I install RM connector successfully I type in the address for the connector - http://connector/ and it says - page cannot be displayed

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You.

Check this out, thats my cc3 server - http://cc3.dyndns-server.com/ currently should show either "Hello World" or IIS7 default start page

Simply register at dyndns and get a free domain and set your ip, install the update program on the server, and set port forwarding on your router to open port 80 for your web server, thats it

RM Connector - was the dns zone created?

Hello there,

Just a few things, Have you tried it from both Client and Server ? Do you get any error messages ? Have you tired running it via http:// and https:// also tryu changing the port from 80 to something else (e.g: 8867) and then run http://connector:8867, Does it work then ?
