it's okay, i emailed a work collegue and asked him if he had it, he did, he emailed me it, i tried to install it, but it said there was a fatal error, but he doesn't know why.
What is the problem???

Yup, you need to do this-

it doen't give me any details, it just says setup encountered an error and is removing installed files, it has a problem installing the .net framework 3.5.
