AOL Made me laugh, As i was setting up my Dads Internet from them and the wireless router doest work so i rung them up,
p.s This was from there Technical Services Dept.

ME: Hello, I recieved my Internet Set Up kit today and the Wireless router is faulty as no lights come on and it stays off.

AOL: Sorry i dont know what a wireless router is.

ME: The Netgear Box you sent me,

AOL: No sorry we do not do Mosqquito Nets

ME: (LAUGHING) No the Wireless Internet Box

AOL: Oh Sorry, We do not have a TV Service at this time, We only offer Internet and Phone Line Deals,
AOL: Can i intreset you in our new Internet Deal
