I prefer pcs because they are more fun...you can change almost anything and everything...the other problem with macs is there computer language which is suppose to be "easier".... i was looking at some mac code...and they pretty much just spell out the command you want to execute very inefficient. and Alien ware is not the only ones that make awesome looking case i have some off brand case thats looks cool with neon lights trippy fan that also lighs up. I even added a cup holder into one of my drive bays lol. I have heard that mac pros give pc gaming rigs a run for their money but i'm not sure don't wanna waste my time on a MAC. I really doubt it though. because you just have more options for your hardware on a PC.

Macs have the edge over PCs in the creative industry. Final Cut Pro is a hell of a editing package, Mac only, PS runs better on a mac. Also, Ailenware make shithot gaming pc's, but that mac pro, fully kitted out will ph33r h4x any gaming pc. SO runs flawless on Mac systems, and Mac OS has a Unix core, which faps Windows on every level.

you dont make your point on mac code very clear. you say that they 'spell out the command' and 'very inefficient' ... where is your evidence to support such a claim?
i would say objective-c would look normaly to anyone who is accustomed to using it?... I can't program c++ and that looks alien to me, but vb.net on the other hand looks clear as the sky is blue to me, but to someone else it will just look like jibberish.

Macs also support many of the languages that are used on windows boxes, such as java and c - are they inefficient and confusing?

It is depending. But Windows is really going downwards while Mac is growing . Win 7 has a pretty look but not as functional as before one. And its tough way of making people give up Win XP is nasty I think

PC is better, here is why…

PC=Variety of specs, options, quality, prices, vendors, support
Mac=One vendor, limited options, still more expensive. Look below for more information..

Contrary to belief, Macs are not better quality. Apple also has been changing suppliers to try to "lower the price" and thus lowering quality. Even with the lower prices, Macs still cost more, they spend a higher percent of budget trying to make it look pretty, and marketing.

Today, Macs use the same hardware as PCs. Why spend extra to get the same CPU chips, graphics cards and OS X isn’t as secure as you think.. Look below.

WINDOWS ADVANTAGES:

Aprox 90% of the market is Windows. Most PCs include windows already pre-installed.
1) A number of websites still require Internet Explorer to view and IE for Mac Stinks (it is really ies4osx which is the Windows IE version running really buggy on OS X and illegal if you don’t have a legitimate copy of Windows, too many problems with it).
2) More supported peripherals (printers and other things you hook into the computer) on Windows.
3) Many more games
4) Like the Dock on OS X (Mac)? google/yahoo rocketdock, objectdoc.

Install at least Free Versions of Avira AntiVir, Avast, Comodo Firewall on the Vista.
